How to Break the Spell of Limerence, Stop Putting People on a Pedestal, and Reclaim Your Sanity.
You put ALL of your trust into someone you think “knows better” or possesses a level of greatness you lack, abandoning your own inner authority.
Someone else's interests, schedule, or rules completely overtake your life, putting your own well-being and intuitive truth on the back burner.
You compulsively submit to them, treating their thoughts, moods, and schedule as the center of your universe while your own priorities go on the back burner.
You push your own limits to meet their expectations, whether that means ignoring a red flag in a relationship, or ignoring persistent physical pain in a yoga class just to please the instructor.
You hyper-curate your life for their eyes, picking your outfits, your hobbies, or even your daily routines based entirely on what you think that special person would praise.

You would never consciously choose to disempower yourself this way. That is why standard advice like "just go no-contact" or trying to focus on their flaws to make them seem less perfect completely fails.
This isn't a logic problem; it's a chemical addiction running on a deeply subconscious track.
The pedestal isn't actually about them; it’s a survival mechanism running inside of YOU. To break the spell for good, we have to clear the root cause exactly where it lives:
in your subconscious mind.

Stop the Painful Compulsion
Break the cycle of gaslighting yourself. Stop making excuses for their unhealthy behavior, erratic breadcrumbs of attention, or questionable actions, whether they are a romantic partner a powerful boss, or a highly revered teacher.

Soothe the intense panic & anxiety
Neutralize the frantic, stomach-dropping anxiety that floods your nervous system the exact moment you feel them pulling away, withholding approval, or threatening to cast you out of their inner circle.

Reclaim your brain space
Evict them from your head. Reclaim the hours spent obsessively daydreaming, analyzing their micro-movements, or curating your life for their validation, so you can finally focus on your work, sleep through the night, and rest.
That is exactly what you will learn in this very special mini-course:
NO ONE IS ABOVE YOU
How to Stop Putting Others on a Pedestal and Start Owning Your Greatness
I will teach you a proven method that resolves the subconscious reasons you put people on pedestals, and bring you onto level ground with everyone in your life so you can:
Turn down the volume on obsessive thoughts and constant phone-checking
Stay grounded enough to have a hard conversation instead of running away or shutting down.
Neutralize the frantic "gasping for air" feeling when they don't reply
Spot red flags instantly without gaslighting yourself into ignoring them.
Stop attracting people who trigger your anxious attachment loop.
Feel empowered to walk away if needed without having it destabilize your life.
Hold people in positions of power accountable through proactive, healthy communication so that conflicts get resolved
See all other people as they are, in the fullness of their humanity instead of only seeing their goodness or only seeing their badness
Sky-rocket your self esteem and get off the emotional rollercoaster because you've stopped sourcing validation from people and things outside of yourself.
Develop and own the confidence, the magnetism, the mastery that YOU possess so you can stop over-valuing those traits in others
Make better relationship decisions that are not based on chemistry alone but also factor in character, compatibility, values, reciprocity, and emotional health
See your own goodness as easily as you see it in others

Rewriting the Wound
Deconstruct the old, painful stories of unworthiness that made you vulnerable to self-abandonment, giving you the emotional literacy to stand firmly in your own sovereignty and protect your boundaries.
Generosity is a good quality, but self-sacrifice costs you dearly.
And generosity does not have to equal self sacrifice! When you learn to see yourself and treat yourself like YOU are ALSO a person who has feelings, needs, and boundaries that are worthy of being seen and held space for, you learn to take yourself into consideration right alongside others. This is not about being less generous with others; it's about being more generous with yourself. You'll learn that these are not mutually exclusive! You probably just never learned how to advocate for yourself properly so you learned to put others' needs first hoping they would notice your unmet needs eventually and do the same for you. Unfortunately, that is not a healthy or sustainable approach, as you may have noticed.
That sounds like a story worth questioning.
Subordinating to a person in power is in your long term best interest... can you absolutely know that is true?
What is it costing you to put one set of interests ahead of your mental, physical, and emotional health?
What are you assuming you'll get as a result of your sacrifice? Is that guaranteed?
Is it possible that something else could be more true? Is it possible that your boss or mentor would be quite happy to hear from you when you need something different or if you have a boundary, but you're assuming you can't self advocate because you simply do not know how?
Good leaders, the ones worth following, want to be held accountable.
I assure you, fearless self advocacy is a learnable skill, and learning it will improve your whole life.
People will respect you more when you uphold a healthy sense of self consideration.
People will see your value more readily when you yourself are in touch with your gifts.
In the case that it IS true and you're putting up with a toxic situation temporarily in order to meet a specific goal, this work will still be valuable because it will shield you from any long term harmful effects of this experience. Your subconscious mind is programmed through repetition + emotion. Everything we endure programs us, and staying a long time in a dynamic where you're being mistreated makes mistreatment familiar to your subconscious, and this makes you more likely to invest in future dynamics where you're treated the same way.
Absolutely.
Your fear of conflict is rooted in your subconscious programming. That is why conscious efforts to will yourself to be different by learning communication scripts or simply trying to avoid conflict have failed. This course will help you identify the specific roots of those fears, and learn how to take steps to resolve them at the subconscious level once and for all. This will allow you to speak up for yourself and others when needed, just as easily as you'd ask someone to pass the salt across the table at dinner. The process is gentle (no need to dredge up painful memories from the past or your childhood); it's pleasant, effective, and learnable.
That is the least likely scenario outcome.
Most of the time, we are only assuming that the people we admire expect us to conform to their will and their preferences. But in reality, if they're investing in a relationship with you, they probably would really like to know you-- the REAL you. The you that has feelings and needs and limits, hot takes and opinions! By people pleasing and avoiding vulnerability, you are hiding yourself away from being truly seen and known. This is how people end up in long relationships but still feel profoundly lonely.
Trying to show up as the person you think they want you to be only appears to be preserving your connection to them, and it is destroying your relationship to yourself. That is why you feel so lonely sometimes!
People connect through vulnerability.
People fall in love with vulnerability!
But of course, vulnerability has to feel safe. And you may need to work through your fears more deeply in order to arrive there.
AND, yes. There is a chance that when you allow yourself to be genuinely seen and known, this will reveal incompatibilities between you and the person you have on a pedestal. It may change your view of them, it may change their view of you. One thing I promise you: if your authenticity causes you to lose relationships, then those relationships were costing you more than they were giving. Worst of all, avoiding authenticity keeps us too long in the wrong relationships. The years you spend investing in the wrong relationship dynamics are years you'll never get back.
It is possible to grieve these lost connections well, and to extract the powerful lessons from them that will serve you the rest of your life, and keep your resentment tank on empty.
That is why it is important to build yourself up from the deepest possible place: in your subconscious mind. Not with empty affirmations or occasional shopping sprees... but by letting the very things you admire in the person you have on the pedestal serve as beams of light that you can learn to angle and tilt within yourself so you can clearly see and own those very same qualities, to the very same degree, perhaps just in a form you were not recognizing before.
When you are trapped in a pedestal loop, you pay a massive tax every single day. You pay for it in sleepless nights, constant phone-checking anxiety, fractured boundaries, and the erosion of your self-trust.
Breaking this loop through months of trial and error or talk therapy can cost you thousands of dollars and years of confusion.
No One Is Above You is designed to give you powerful subconscious relief and lasting emotional literacy for a fraction of that.
